Bluewire Hub Ltd
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Bluewire Hub Ltd, including but not limited to Energy Assessments, Retrofit Services, Floor Plans, Legionella Risk Assessments, Heat Loss Calculations, and Training/CPD courses. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General Terms (Applicable to All Services)
1.1 Communication
We will communicate primarily by email or telephone. All formal notices should be sent to our generic email address, which is available on request, or to our registered office.
1.2 Booking and Access
You are responsible for ensuring appropriate access to the property and the presence of any required documentation or persons at the agreed time. Missed appointments may be chargeable.
1.3 Pricing and Payment
All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.
1.4 Cancellations
You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
1.5 Liability
We are insured for professional indemnity and public liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided unless required otherwise by law.
1.6 Data and Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. We never share data without consent unless required by law or accreditation scheme rules.
1.7 Complaints
We aim to resolve complaints swiftly and fairly. Our full Complaints Policy is available on request.
1.8 Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Service-Specific Terms
2.1 Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

All EPCs are carried out by accredited Domestic Energy Assessors.

Reports are lodged with the official register.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of property information provided.

EPC reports are a matter of public record; therefore, Bluewire Hub Ltd holds no intellectual property rights in relation to these certificates.
2.2 Retrofit Services

Retrofit Assessments and Coordinator services comply with PAS 2035.

Our Coordinators act independently and in line with TrustMark and scheme requirements.

We may require access to past assessments, technical documents, and design specifications.
2.3 Floor Plans & Legionella Risk Assessments

Floor plans are for illustrative marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Legionella assessments are non-intrusive and designed in line with HSE guidance.

You must inform us of any known risks prior to the visit.

Intellectual property rights in floor plans remain with Bluewire Hub Ltd.
2.4 Heat Loss Calculations

Calculations are carried out using industry-standard software.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate plans and specifications.

These calculations support system design but do not constitute a design certificate.

Occasionally, we may conduct site visits to collect data directly, ensuring the accuracy of calculations. Such visits will be agreed in advance and outlined in your quotation.

Intellectual property rights in heat loss calculation reports remain with Bluewire Hub Ltd.
2.5 Training and CPD Courses

All training content is owned by Bluewire Hub Ltd and must not be reproduced without permission.

Access to online courses is granted for a specified time.

Refunds are only issued in line with our Refund Policy.
2.6 Mentoring Services

Mentoring is provided on a consultancy basis and tailored to the needs of the individual or business.

Sessions may be delivered in person, online, or via telephone, as agreed in advance.

Any resources, materials, or notes provided during mentoring remain the intellectual property of Bluewire Hub Ltd unless agreed otherwise in writing.

While mentoring aims to support business and professional development, outcomes are not guaranteed, and the mentee remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the session may be chargeable in full.
