Online Payment Prior to Appointment Confirmation:

You have the option to make an online payment for the requested Services prior to the confirmation of the appointment. This payment is intended to secure your appointment slot and initiate the delivery process of the requested Services.

Payment Amount:

The total payment amount will be specified during the booking process and will depend on the selected Services.

Payment Methods:

We accept online payments through our secure payment gateway, which supports various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods.

Payment Confirmation

Confirmation Email:

Upon successful completion of the online payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of the payment and a summary of the Services you have requested.

Appointment Confirmation:

Please note that the appointment for the requested Services will be confirmed separately. Payment does not guarantee an appointment; it serves to initiate the process.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bluewire Hub Ltd. We are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible. If you need to cancel your order, we understand that circumstances may arise that require such an action. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation Refunds:

  1. Cancellation Before Appointment Set: If you decide to cancel your order before we have mutually agreed an appointment date and time, you are eligible for a full refund. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you’re satisfied with your experience.
  2. Cancellation After Appointment Set: If you cancel after we have mutually agreed an appointment date and time but before completion of the service, a prorated refund will be issued. This refund will be calculated by us based on the work completed and the remaining scope of the service.

To request a refund due to cancellation, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  3. Our accounts team will guide you through the refund process and provide you with any necessary forms or instructions.

Refund Processing:

  1. Credit/Debit Card Payments: If you made your payment using a credit or debit card, the refund will be issued back to the same card used for the payment. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank.
  1. Bank Transfer Payments: If you made your payment via bank transfer, we will require your bank details to process the refund. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exceptions:

This refund policy only applies to cancellations initiated by the customer. For any other issues, including service-related concerns or disputes, please refer to our Customer Support Policy or contact our accounts team for assistance.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property for assessment purposes. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding the property. Any inaccurate or incomplete information provided may affect the accuracy of the assessment.

  1. Payment

Payment for our services is due prior to the completion of the assessment. The fees for our services are outlined in our pricing structure, which may vary based on the size and location of the property. Payment can be made via our online booking platform.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Confidentiality

The Company will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose any personal or property-related details to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, unless required by law.

  1. Liability and Disclaimers

While the Company strives to provide accurate assessments and energy performance certificates, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided in the assessment. Clients should note that the accuracy of the assessment can be influenced by various factors, including the accuracy of the information provided by the client and the condition of the property.

  1. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property, including EPCs and assessment reports, produced as a result of our services remains the property of the Company. Clients may use these materials for their intended purpose but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without the Company’s written consent.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Amendments

Legionella Risk Assessment Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Services:

Bluewire Hub Ltd (referred to as “the Company”) agrees to conduct Legionella risk assessments for the client (referred to as “the Client”) as per the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Assessment Process:

The Company will perform a comprehensive assessment of the property’s water systems and associated risk factors related to Legionella contamination. The assessment will be carried out by qualified and experienced assessors using industry-standard guidelines and protocols.

  1. Obligations of the Client:

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the property’s water systems, usage, maintenance practices, and any relevant historical data. Any false or misleading information provided by the Client may impact the accuracy of the assessment and subsequent recommendations.

  1. Confidentiality:

The Company will treat all information obtained during the assessment process as confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

  1. Assessment Report:

Upon completion of the assessment, the Company will provide the Client with a detailed Legionella risk assessment report. The report will include findings, recommendations, and suggested actions to mitigate the identified risks. The report is intended for the exclusive use of the Client and should not be shared without the Company’s permission.

  1. Limitations:

The assessment report is based on the information available at the time of the assessment and the assessment procedures followed. The Company does not assume responsibility for any changes or modifications made to the property’s water systems after the assessment, which may affect the risk factors identified in the report.

  1. Liability:

The Company will exercise reasonable care and skill in conducting the assessment and preparing the assessment report. However, the Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the assessment findings, recommendations, or actions taken based on the report.

  1. Payment:

The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the Legionella risk assessment services as per the Company’s pricing structure. Payment details and schedules are detailed in our payment terms and conditions.

  1. Copyright and Ownership:

The assessment report, including all its contents, remains the intellectual property of the Company. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for its intended purpose.

  1. Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement. Termination shall not relieve the Client’s obligation to pay for services already rendered.

  1. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Terms and Conditions for Producing Floor Plans

  1. Services Provided

1.1 The Bluewire Hub Ltd, the “Provider” agrees to produce accurate and detailed floor plans for the “Client” as requested by the Client.

1.2 The floor plans will include dimensions, room labels, and other relevant architectural details as agreed with the Client.

1.3 The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the floor plans, but the Client acknowledges that minor discrepancies may arise due to factors such as measurement limitations.

  1. Payment

2.1 The Client agrees to pay the Provider the agreed-upon fee for producing the floor plans. Payment details and schedules are detailed in our payment terms and conditions.

2.2 If additional services or revisions are requested by the Client that are not covered by the original agreement, these will be subject to additional charges, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

  1. Ownership and Usage

3.1 Upon full payment, the Client will have the right to use the produced floor plans for their intended purposes.

3.2 The Provider retains the right to showcase the produced floor plans in their portfolio, website, and marketing materials, while respecting the Client’s privacy and confidentiality.

  1. Client Responsibilities

4.1 The Client will provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property for which the floor plans are being produced.

4.2 The Client will grant access to the property or provide accurate measurements as necessary for the accurate creation of the floor plans.

  1. Revisions and Changes

5.1 The Client is entitled to a maximum of 3 revisions. Additional revisions beyond the this number will be subject to extra charges of £5 per revision.

5.2 Any changes or revisions requested by the Client must be communicated in writing to the Provider.

  1. Delivery

 Bluewire Hub will endeavour to complete and issue the floor plan within a reasonable timeframe, typically within seven (7) working days of the visit. If the client requires the plans urgently, (within 48 hours of the site visit), additional fees of £20 will apply. The floor plans will be delivered electronically, as a jpg file, to the email address supplied by the client during the booking process.

  1. Confidentiality

7.1 The Provider agrees to keep all information provided by the Client confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client’s explicit consent.

  1. Liability

8.1 The Provider will make reasonable efforts to produce accurate floor plans, but they shall not be held liable for any errors, discrepancies, or inaccuracies that may arise.

8.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the produced floor plans.

  1. Termination

9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.

  1. Governing Law

10.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
