I recently required an EPC for a property. After looking around I found Bluewire, who were extremely professional right from the first contact. John Allen came to the property, was courteous and explained the process in detail. John conducted the report with the minimum of intrusion, if anything required moving it was returned to its rightful place. I received the report, via email, within 4 hours of the appointment.
