1. General Principles (Applicable to All Services)

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Bluewire Hub Ltd.

  • All refund requests must be submitted using the form below.

  • Refunds will not be issued where services have already been delivered or partially fulfilled unless required under consumer law.

  • Where refunds are granted, they will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.


2. Service-Specific Terms

2.1 Training & CPD Courses

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the course content has not been accessed.

  • No refunds are available once any part of the course has been accessed unless required under consumer protection law.

  • Access to online training is provided for a limited period, as outlined in the course details. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

2.2 Mentoring & Coaching Services

  • Sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance with a full refund or no charge.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the agreed session may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice will not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Energy Assessments, Floor Plans, Heat Loss Calculations, and Retrofit Services

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a confirmed appointment will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

  • Where a service cannot be completed due to lack of access or missing information provided by the client, we reserve the right to retain a proportion of the fee to cover time, travel, and administration.
